I'm surprised some enterprising law student hasn't set up a consulting business naming bands from legal terms. I'd definitely take a second look at a rock group called Unborn Widow. Or if you're a rap group, how about Blackacre?? Or, maybe malIce A4Thought...

I believe that one of our friends has aleady embraced this idea with a popular hit from a few years ago, "Adverse Possessor."
Oh, yes--I definitely remember Adverse Possessor. I think it's time for a follow-up tune: Fee Tail: I'm a Tenant in Tail (Lot's of Tail...hooyah)
